We won't claim Emisi is fraud-proof - no platform honestly can. What we can tell you is exactly what's in place to reduce risk and give you recourse when something goes wrong.
Verified OGs
Every OG submits identification for admin review before they can accept a single order. Verification status is never self-declared.
Progressive trust limits
New OGs start with a conservative transaction limit ("OG Worth"). It only grows with a track record of completed, dispute-free orders - set and adjusted by Emisi admins, not the OG.
Full transaction tracking
Every status change, payment event, and admin action on your order is logged, so there's always a record of what happened and when.
Payment held against your order
Funds are held against your order and only become eligible for release to your OG after you confirm delivery.
Dispute support
If something goes wrong, you can raise a dispute. Emisi reviews the order history and evidence and can reassign an OG, adjust the transaction, or process a refund.
Penalties for bad actors
OGs who abandon orders, misrepresent sourcing, or try to move transactions off-platform face warnings, reduced limits, suspension, or removal - every serious action is recorded in an audit trail.
