How is Emisi different from an online marketplace?
You don't browse a catalogue and buy - you describe what you need, and a verified OG sources it from the market on your behalf.
What happens if the market price is higher than my budget?
Your OG will send you a revised price proposal before spending more than you originally paid. You can approve it or decline it - if you decline, your order is cancelled and you're refunded.
When does my OG get paid?
Funds are held against your order and only become eligible for release to your OG after you confirm you've received your delivery.
What if my order never arrives, or isn't what I asked for?
Raise a dispute from your order page. Emisi reviews the order history and evidence and can refund you, adjust the transaction, or take action against the OG.
How do I become an OG?
Register, submit identity and market information for verification, and once approved you'll be assigned a starting transaction limit.
